New Smart Setup has been brought for Nokia Lumia handsets to UK, which helps the new Nokia Lumia users to get started with their Windows Phones.
This service was firstly used in the USA about a couple of months ago, service that has has been well-received and that had some positive effects for its users and buyers, says the head of Nokia UK’s Customer Care.
“It has reduced any unnecessary returns into our operator channels and it has also lifted the burden on operators to help install or set up that customer. Customers have the opportunity to go home and set up the device at their leisure when they’ve booked an appointment with us”, says Matt Channing.
The Smart Setup service is and will be free, so that we will see in the nearly future the assistants calling buyers and will also guide them through some steps to set up their email or other applications.
